how could we help choosing without knowing your level, VIP Status, formation, Zanp and purpose (pve, pvp or both)?????
(the answer could be different if you were lvl 50 with Kira, Nemu and Omaeda than if you were lvl 130, with Tensa, Shy Nemu, Mayuri-sama, Mugetsu and TSI... ;P)
ps: for all purpose, Kaien will always be a waste of silver... except, maybe, for the Legend event (... still not even sure he's worth it) Sado, Kaien is the most useless partner there. Ori after Sado if you need the healing. Chad is a must have vanguard until Saijin at level 70.
Kaien Shiba is pretty useless Renji Abari or Rangiku Matsumoto are better.
Orihime is great if you want a healer for your vanguard.
