From your options Sado last til level 70. Kaien would be replaced by Renji at level 50. Then at level 50 you'd also want to pick up Momo for PvP and Rukia for both. Yachiru is ok as a vanguard but dodge dies off right around level 70 which would be a real waste of coupons to do dodge stones for her.
