i believe not
that way you could take your level 70+ character to a newly opened server and gain a huge advantage
i doubt that this is possible

Nope no differences between the 3 clans, your best bet is to just find out which clan is the most popular on your server.

Bottom of your guild screen, the Apply to Join button will have a list of anyone who applied to your guild.
