just make all your partners attack weak by taking off their weapons and hogu and leave your mains on also u might wanna take the zanpakuto off for it too because they do damage too

Try having only 2 chars in formation and remove the zanpakuto.Use 1 support and remove all its gear and hogyo ..etc so it doesn't deal much dmg and use you 10th skill on main.
You should be abke to do 80% of the dmg with your main that way
i'm newbie and still confused what to take at lv 80 wheter take Juushiro or Ikkaku? (still hard to get silver)
what i'm concerning is both of them is good DPS at PVE and their exclusive skill are good too for PVP
so what i'm asking here is which is more reliable in long term both in PVP and PVE
FYI my only DPS partner currently just tavern renji and main character
