Possibly Discount Frenzy with 50% refresh you can get Tensa Zangetsu for 27,500 gold.

Pretty much Tensa Zangetsu holds its price pretty close to Katen Kyokotsu.

Yeah you'll never find Tensa for less than 30k. Actually getting that 50% is near impossible lol. 60% off is still pretty decent. The event we just had was pretty good for getting Tensa. 30k plus all of the other things you got with it (I got like 50 level 7 boxes, 400 red fragments, etc)
