Help recruitment/formation

Hi guys,
I woulf like to have some help :)

I actually have the following partner:
Rangiku-Momo-Orihime-Sado-Ichigo-Renji

and i actually play with:
Sado-Main-Rangiku-Momo-Orihime

I have two questions:
1-is this my best formation for pvp ? Should i change anything?
2- I can recruite a partner in tavern, should I take rukia for pve or change sado as Vanguard?

p.s. I'm pretty a supernoob, I'm lvl 57 and my bp is 126000

u can recruit rukia to deal high damage in pve.... about sado, sado is better than yachiru so better change ur vanguard when u get to lvl 70 and recruit sajin

most of the players recommend using rangiku than gold ichigo.....

but i use ichigo in my formation....  harribel-orihime/main-ichigo/sajin..... wanna know why?  cuz ichigo is just for the final blow for assaulter

better choose rangiku than ichigo.....   ichigo is just a free partner but u can only get rangiku by becoming a vip ....
the only advantage that gold ichigo has is he can use gold treasures and his skill always attacks assaulters per round but its up to you plus ichigo is a assaulter killer

really ty man, i think i'll recreuit rukia and i'll use her for event. formation pvp will be the same as now.
