so im lvl 81 and i just got yoruichi and i was wondering how can i lvl her up to lvl 80 as the fastest way sincei  need to use her for againest espada 3
please help me

epic exp books, you can get them for 3 gold reishi in the tavern.

no other fast ways that i can think of.

get a lot of vitality and win protect seireitei if you can't do it the EXP book way, she should be able to lvl fast the first levels if she's low level, after that it will be slower and you will need EXP books to make her level up quickly.

u can get purple exp book from alliance campaign and always participate the event called "ryoka attack" it gives u a lot of xp every attack
