Purple Reishi is easy to get and pretty cheap. I'd go for Momo, Rukia and Renji. Rukia you never really get rid of just because you can T1 her much easier then the now free Cute Orihime and easier to mod. Momo is mostly for PvP for the Assaulter stun she offers. Renji will last you until Ikkaku really which is at level 80. Or you could get SWP Grimmjow instead even as VIP 0 until Ikkaku / Kenpachi.
