Different level partners get different amount of daily framgments it seems.
Lv50~70 tavern - 13 daily fragments
Lv80 tavern - 11 daily fragments
Lv90 tavern - 9 daily fragments
Lv100 tavern - 7 daily fragments
I guess Toshiro fits in the lv100 tavern tab?
Are you sure you got 14 for stark? Because then it seems that something is bugged.
Ok does anyone of you know if VIP 7 or 8 and higher got one free reset per day? One guy on my server claim he got first free reset and thus managed today get all mats for 2 partners. I just vip 6 and well need 36 (gold) or 24 gold (purple) to reset dojo for any partner.

There is no free reset that I see, and I'm VIP 10.
It doesn't cost that much gold to get the first few enhancements.
