Huh. I didn't have these problems. Are you sure y'all are high enough VIPs to even have a reset (just to clarify)? Wondering if it's letting people who don't actually have any resets to pay for resets but won't allow them to do it.

Those chances show on the pictures are the ones used if you loose a fight. Aditionally you also have chances in the Culivating Dojo tab on the top wich are used when you challange any of te partners preaty much as vitality when you challange stages. hope you this helps
