who is good with kisuke from thoseis ur kisuke T1? how is ur lvl? what is ur Zampakuto?
in my opinion, all partner r only for PVP, except Ukitake for PVE.

if u want pvp harribel or shunsui would do. Also yoruichi would work as well. For pve ukitake is great cause 190% growth with 100 fury recovery so that would work. If u want to stop stunners from stunning supps ukitake is ur guy cause he as the stun immune effect thing. in ur lvl75, choose ukitake is the best way. u need more silver for soul cultivation, when u complete 10k fragment, u can recruit Yamamoto or Cute Orihime. They r the best partner for VIP0. well i will ask my guild mates anyway thx ukitake is ur best bet for pve, hes special has highest % from the ones u listed and he regens 100 fury, paired with kisuke for pve he will perfom quite nice you are low lvl so beter go ukitake he is good pvp and pve and on low lvls your prioriti shuld be pve cus you need to get a lot of stuff if you want to be strong in late game so go for ukitake
