Gamuza Nel is the upgraded form of the SWP Nel, so you need to upgrade Nel to have the boost.

You can't get that version.  There are versions you fight in PVE for some of the characters that are different from attainable partners.  The same thing happened with Grim and Ulquiorra so far that you are seeing with Nel.
