All bond stuff is the same.  You have to do the stage with main and the person you want to get bond with and you can not have your zanpakuto out.  In this case Noza for you.  Noza needs to do 70% of the total damage on the first one and Noza needs to have at least 70% hp left for second.

The percentages you see are always for the partner and not main.
