Revive Bug

hi ,

I put "revive" on Retsu's weapon but when she plays i can t see a single heal to get to her ( it supposes to be 3% hp recovery for any action)
actually i put the weapon on Kiksuke and the revive works fine. so is there an issue with Retsu ?
