reinc effect cast 300% dmg to enemy

cast 300% dmg to enemy
How does this reinc effect work?
skill dmg + 300% or change my skill for 300%?

If i have noza with 350% dmg or unoken with 400%dmg (i lost 50-100%dmg?)

It increases you skill dmg by 300%, so if you deal 1 mil with skill, you will do 3 mil when reinc prices procs

dmg + skill growth rate = skill dmg
skill dmg + reinc = op shit

This effect increase your normal attack damage and your skill damage but have a low chance to be activate

I guess it does, but besides void, there aren't many pve NPC with high def
the 300% is still better IMO
