Not to be rude but Assassin and MylarHyrule are right on this. Did you really think about your post before you posted it? You say your looking for someone to give you an account that is inactive (or you are willing to pay for it/not sure). But non the less, how are you going to find someone to give you their inactive account if their inactive???? LOL. Do you think players have stopped playing their accounts but still get on forums? That would be a little crazy if you ask me. Sure there are a lot of inactive accounts, some strong, some weak. But the only person who has the name and pass of the account would be the person who has gone inactive. Most players who get on here are still playing. The odds of finding someone who doesn't play their account anymore but still gets on here just to chat is highly unlikely.
My advise for you would be, to start talking to players on your server and make friends with as many of them as you can. Talk on a regular bases and give advise or ask for advise if you need it. Help players out with things like ABB wins, weaker players or stronger ones. Be willing to trade out positions in palaces and take turns in shura and kenjo positions. Bottom line, be helpful to all players best you can. the reasoning for this is players drop off all the time. If a player is about to stop playing their account for unkown resons, they may give it to you then.
I say this cause I've gotten the name and passwords of a couple different accounts by helping players attend events they their selves can not make, helping them set up there party so it is more effective, or helping them beat stages like COM or bond training. I didn't steal the account but merely helped them. In turn, one of the players I was helping had to stop playing do to having to move for a new job. He said he wouldn't be able to play it anymore and said I could have the account. It was a VIP 7 account and had plenty potential. But my account was stronger than his and I've worked hard on mine. so I gave it to another player on my server cause I didn't want to keep both up. But like I mentioned about making friends, the player I gave it to is one I talk with regularly and we work together all the time sharing slaves and taking turns in the palace positions.

i do have some op accs but i cant just give u to them need to know how u play how u think and mostly i need to see if ur trust worthy im talking abt 3mbp acc so cant give just like that also i do use it to get slaves so yeah but since u said ur a new player on s5 then i dont think ur experienced why wld u go there in 1st place a newest server wld be best for u
