I am definitely disappointed with the management of the last event being at 20k then loosing it all, coupled with the fact all Asian players now have to play through a VPN to play on the servers, it makes you wonder if the support team is even trying to help players.

I agree, we all know they have there problems to fix, but to not inform players of when things are likely to be done is why so many players are quitting the game due to perceived lack of care and support.
