She looks really bad, almost low level tavern bad. If you get her to level 80 exclusive, she is OP since she has a 99% mutilate on 2 targets. I'm pretty sure the damge for the ignite is wrong since the DOT damage seen in the BR rythen posted has 2 good ticks.

I agree, that's why I said she is almost low level tavern bad. If her exclusive skill was her normal skill, she would be a lot better. Lowering dodge rate and only 80% damage rate for her skill is too bad to put into words for $1000. Pardon my ignorance but who is bambietta? Don't read the manga so I wouldn't know.
