my hike was excl lv55, now reset to 0 on all as well, i submitted SS for the Skill Cultivation/ Exclusive skill info three (http://forums.gogames.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=30129&extra=&highlight=exclusive&page=7) which showed my last post to lv 50....

my bet is the devs want people to stop using or even having him so they made this bug XD someone needs to dismiss him to see if everything is restored. imam laugh so freaking hard if im right on my theory XD
ffs i have the same issue and i think it's because of Isshin.. he doesn't even show up anymore as a hired partner on the exclusive list.. when the event ended he disappeared.
yep isshin was the cause.. i had 2 more days left on him but fk it .. i dismissed him.
im not gonna dismiss 1 of my partners cuz they are idiots and cant handle 1 bug...spend alot of effort on him..

Yup I'm having the same issue. I'm not going to dismiss Isshin though, I have him full time. All of my partners show at lvl 0 and Isshin doesn't show on the list. Inherit shows Shinso Gin and Shinigami Yoruichi at 24 though.
Update:
Game went down for a bit for me earlier.
The issue has been resolved.

im still calling it. isshin was the problem all along XD still laughing hard as well.
