but he's already #GodStarrk once you place him in yo' formation you wont have much golden reshi left keep it for level 80 tavern get supporters or assaulters vangaurd stuff is waste in beginning Noza is level 125, Shinji is a baby Starrk, Sajin is easier to build, Nnorilta is decent as well...
What may be a good choice for you, hold onto Sado till Nnorilta, use him till Noza, make sure you also pick up Pan Grim and Res Ulquorria to bond with Noza If possible get Demon Ichigo or Sexy Kukakku ...if you vip 6 then go for Noza but it would be too much work and last well True shikai ichigo : D
