actually in his video about upgrading to Red partners he mentions kisuke and also shows Aizen's stats at red name.. its all said in his video.
he said something along the lines of "imagine kisuke being faster than hikifune" which is a possibility no matter what anyone says.. if Kisuke's Growth rate is anything near the 5 growth rate for Agility he can in theory out speed hiki..
1. exclusive is high enough..
2. hogu is high enough..
anything is possible..
yes naturally Hiki is faster derp derp derp derp anyone with half a brain can comprehend this .. but not everyone has the best of the best gear.. just because they have hikifune doesn't mean they have a better set up than ur Kisuke for example.. believe me i've seen some weak ass hikifune's.
