Kensei is better in every way but PVE due to personal damage

but then again that's literally it, just personal damage, and mind you it's from his skill % only too. So even if you're planning on 1 of these 2 partners for your future and that's just for PVE, you might aswell obtain Shinigami Kensei, he probably makes up for the damage with the combo rate and being a red character with high strength anyways, probably making up for the 110% skill damage compared to Isshin's 190%

well theres 2 isshin the one that they nerfed to the max or the one that came out on from dominators lmao
