i have shinigami kensei
and i use him for PVE
he is pretty good as he provides you with combo buff :D

i have 8k so far idk if that is enough Don't bother with kensei just a average partner
His PVE capabilities are very low , subpar damage and the only good thing is him staying 100 fury to give combo every round. But he just doesn't have the damage , dot or effects for PVE
PVP capabilities are decent since he has a silence and disarm
Overall just a below-average assaulter that will cost around 10k vitality
