Shinigami Kensei,help needed

My team is main tavern kenpachi,yama,kisuke and komura,zanp senbo,i want to know if kensei is good foe pvp/pve and if its a good idea to buy him and to try to do exclusive skll.ty

I don't really think he is worth it, he is really only useful in pve and he has to have a strong partner to combo and he needs a lot of work himself.  I would save the vit and use it else where, save it for ubp and maybe use a bit of it on sa.

Kensai has no damages. His utility is to give combo to ur team and stun enemy team in pvp
