IMO, Dark Rukia is a no brainer to replace, so is Shinji, but don't buy replacements for them, Yam ...

Soph is fantastic, She was my vang for probably 9 months and once I built her up, my server hated her, I'd say for sure buy her
Sexy is for sure great, and in PVE is only beat by B Renji and CSB Kenpachi IMO (combo partners may beat her too) so I'd say depending on your planned top ups, yes, buy her
and for Smart Nanao, on paper, she looks great, and I had good luck with her. I'd say if your looking at stacking your vanguard for a GodSoph then yes, keep her for sure
and as for Sogyo, he's fantastic in PVE, much better than Zabimaru... use 8th skill to prevent overwriting sogyo's buff and to keep sexy hitting more often
