Missing icons or preparations for merges?

So after midnight on my EU server all icons in bottom row vanished aside of soul restaurant.


IS that just some bug (which wouldn't suprise me) or indeed we may expect really soon start of merging servers (and theit take down those because after merge will put whole row of new shiny icons)?
