that is the csb one and some game versions may not even have him there yet
As far as i remember when going for swp aizen you have to wait until 120/125 like the guy above you said. Even though it will say you can collect the aizen coupons they won't show up in the hueco mundo coin exchange shop until way past what it says in game.
