Some people receive reward (not only tittle but stone) and not other... i was top 10 before the great beug; top 20 for ranking after great beug... so i must receive soul stone no? (and in fusion of 2 table i think top 10).

Where is my rewards ? Pre-maintenance 3rd and after 4th ? still no in-game mail nor title!?! EU41 Kuroki Neko. Btw who do i need to contact with this problem of mine?
yeah maybe they give rewards only for first 3 places ( heavy cashers) not to deceive them for futures top up, the rest are not that important for them... short meaning if you are not in top 3 you are the rest
