you should not keep sajin in for pve. Vanguards deal way less damage overall since they automatically get a decrease depending on the zanpakuto you use. The better formation would be main>Ikkaku>2nd assaulter>Rukia>Kisuke. The 2nd assaulter being whoever does the most out of the ones you have left. Then you should transfer your vanguards stuff to said assaulter. Although I will state that this formation only works when the spirit/ryoka only do a little damage to you for there normal attacks. wouldn't it be more wise to get Shinji before you get Kenpachi assuming you are getting them both? xD
