Trolling the PGm
Does anyone else have these issues as a PGm?? I get allot of people on my server who like to troll and act ignorant towards me... is it jealousy? or just trolling to be trolling? IDK, but I am curious if any other PGm's have this issue with people trolling you, harassing and calling names.... Surely if they do that, as a PGM it is easier for you to report it and get them dealt with? Would soon stop it if people get banned ;P what do u do as a pgm? how do u work as a pgm? might have something to do on how u talk to them or maybe your so boastful.. Dont even know what is it...:funk: Got screenshots? or what are they saying.no thanx... P G M is not my kinda job... 500 coups per month... no thanx either...

Yeah, happens to me all the time. Even though I'm not a PGM in this game, I have experience in other games being a PGM. And, from my experience, it's a bit of both. Some people troll because they wanted the position and weren't chosen, so they try to make you look bad so that they get you fired and they have a chance to take your place. Other times (and more frequently), people troll just to be trolls. They just wanna get on your nerves to see if you'll actually do anything about it. Usually a couple of warnings sorts them out. Either way, if they are jealous or otherwise, do your job as a PGM fairly and impartially. I'll be the first to say the PGM system is broken, and very few PGM's if any are actually qualified for the job, I'm trying to get it all taken care of. The process of getting them to change out unworthy PGM's has been slow, but I'm efforting on it.
As for those who are good PGM's, well, you are going to get trolls. I get them daily on these forums, and on my server. Sometimes I lose my cool because they are really good at getting under people's skin, on purpose. Just do the best you can, and report to Cyrus or Charlie, as much as you can.
