Well yes those are all male partners but if you're question is how to get 3stars. Then That would be that ad the batlle stats you're main character must have 95%healt and 95%damage, and the rest of the 4malecharacters must have survived.  If you give a screenshot of you're battlestats then i can give you a better opinion.

I used a t1 kisuke with no damage to t1 my main.I dont know how you can do that without some sort of t1 for your main.
