Although I'm playing my first server ever, I've learned a lot about the game in just 3 months. Now I can give my opinion and suggestion to almost everything that is available to the game right now. I do not really know much of the game that CN is publishing, I know its the same but they have more features. But the EU/NA version is really simple to understand. I chat with other players in the World chat and we discuss about almost everything from real life to the game itself. Also, I gladly help newbies and other players do Campaigns and whatnot whenever I can.

I know about the game quite a bit, I've been playing for a couple of months now and absolutely love it... I'm very knowledgeable about the game and wouldn't mind being the PGM for my server if the current one ever leaves or if they need a backup. And for Bleach, I am very knowledgeable about it. I can always answer questions in game if need be...
