Tbh, they try to lure many pervert guy nerds who like to spend their money on this kind of stuff since they are the majority on the internet that would play this kind of game, but if you look at bleach it's just a manga / anime for guys and girls alike, so a game that would've been designed like the usual bleach was intended would've been cool, tbh a real bleach mmo would be really awesome. I wish they had something like that =P
I'm sure girls can look past all this pervertedness if they really like bleach though, perhaps they'll get treated some fanservice themselves when they see a grimmjow or an ulquiorra pass by haha.
