In the time of bleach now there is a delay of 1 hour in the game, because of this problem there are players that fail to go to certain events as we know it "Evil - Ryoka - GW - Sereitei defense - Alliance battle"

its called daylight savings time. something that happens in the US. we move our clocks back an hour during the fall.
