i didn't know partner mods had universal ones

Yeah they do... not sure where ppl would get them though?

From what I understand, they can be used as both basic and advanced Gikongan. And they are (will be) attainable from events in the future.

Well no clue... but would be nice to get from events vs sliver which my reiatsu seems to be nomming

No kidding. 39-40 cost 17m and now 40-41 gonna be 18m. And with lack of spirit longevity, gonna take a lot longer to get silver.
