mareyo Ömaeda bug?

if i fight lvl 40 seireitei campain there is an op char his name is mareyo.........
i joined server 55 eu why is he sooo strong i deal like 5 dem to him and my bp are around 25k
maybe he is bugged or somthing som1 have any idea?
