After you get to lv70 Hollow Soul Map opens up. Espada 3 is the 2nd series of challenges. 1v1 minion fight then 5v5 team battle. 3 times per espada. You'll see it soon enough when you reach 70, and it is one of the most important interfacw that will give you plenty of status, but if you have that much bp, get sajin and espada #4 will be down in no time, but better to have a healer there, you'll need it, trust me

Passed no bother when i made sure everyone attacked in right order and had right skill. Infact passed before people on higher BP, higher lvl, that had Yoruichi.

Ikkaku fastest, means he will always have stun protection
Main second - putting protection up
Rukia/Sajin speed not matter too much
Orihime is key to sort her speed correctly. Make Sure she is SLOWER than the enemy but not so slow Sajin dies if yours is weaker.
This means Orihime heals the 1st round damage on Sajin (well as much as she can), and rukia gives the extra fury to main and ikkaku. keeps your vg up longer. If your main/Ikkaku combo does not have enough damage then yes, drop rukia for another assaulter for the stun immunity they will gain, but make sure they FASTER than your main else it possible their immunity will drop before it refreshed and they get stunned.
It would likely be better to have that other assaulter as it makes it easier, but i didnt have the gear for one and had a way worked out to win anyways :)
well i can try without yoruichi first and see how it goes. i am 50k less of what you have, i have 220k bp, lvl 69. i will give it a try when i reach lvl 70 and see how it goes.

Well, didn't know you are 80 already, i'm at 75 and having 220k bp only when fighting harribel, using 3-1-1 yoru-inoue-momo-main ghost blade-sajin
Momo and yoru stun all the way in the fight and that's it, just have to rng it and eventually harribel will be down
