Can we get a timer please...

Could you please give us a specific date on when we will recieve our UBP Titles, Halloween event is ending tonight and we didn't even get our UBP titles yet.. what do we get from all of this that the Halloween event isn't going to be sent out instantly and if it did does that mean that the UBP titles will not be distributed? I demand an explanation !

Thing is we payed gold to get our ranks .. and now that means all the gold we use was for nothing .

Yes and i'm "" This close to quitting my self, and our rank 1 doesn't even play much anymore used to play 4h a day now he is 20 mins a day. and i know for a fact it's cuz of the titles.
