Halloween on EU be received at some point on the 6th (these rewards never go out instantly - always was 2-8hrs after on ones I done).
Halloween on US - Not sure as it seems they got bugged so anything can happen

Ultimate BP on EU - Hmm not sure what will happen here. Reckon it all being done manually so depends how persistant they are.

And yeahy server merge. Im in a position where it doesnt worry me to much. Never was gonna be #1, so least i get more people in my area to aim to beat. Anyone within 30k bp is a target for me :)  (30k currently will be 50k in few weeks when i lose my Title as that a 23k bp loss)
