I have already sent few day ago, and nothing change since this time... and you don't answer. So you want the mail or you understand you solve nothing .

For the merge why US work and not EU ? Can you explain the difference beetwen the 2 version of the game or it's material difference ?

having maintenance on the ending day of events that give rewards / titles isnt good, you guys should try to work around that and instead do the maintenances with events that arent that good. I'm pretty sure it'd save you a lot of flack from the player base too.

Still did not receive the reward for Ultimate BP , i was (1st) and you can check the database regarding this matter already sent an e-mail 8 or 9 days ago and sent a new one now , hope someone answer at least.

In ultimate BP ranking was 32 for a few h before end and after that earn many crystal and dont still get reward i write there(because people say you dont answear on email than dont see sence to write)
