Inherit mod frags

Might missing something here but i paid 50 g to get universal mod frags from my full-moded kisuke and got nothing instead.Yep kisuke lost all his mods :). Is it normal?got to wait maybe?Please see to it

did you check your backpack? when you inherit the fragments go there
