You get 1 spending credit for no matter what you buy so even if you pay 3k gold or 800 gold you will still get 1 spending credit towards the shop. You will have to either spend to refresh as well.

It has a cost of 100 gold i believe and I am not sure if it resets each day for free one time or not.

i think it was 100 gold to open the bargain shop so 50 to keep refreshing, i opened it by accident lol.
