Why can't register ? It's 5:30AM-Midnight almost is 12PM

I Could enter this morning average at 4.00 Am server time
i could toast but nor register because it was to early
now if i wanna enter the csb window i cant and it says again that the session havent started yet ......

Well guys you really need to talk with the support team, you get the bugs everytime, and that must sux a lot (EU servs)
