rebate rip off
I topped up yester day and received no rebate because the rebate icon was not displayed yesterday, but it is there now. What's up with that bull GG. So anyone who topped up yesterday just don't get a rebate then? That's screwed up. Not getting my rebate cost me. I was no longer able to get a zampacto like I had planed.This is bull. I really hope you plain on resetting the whole deal or compensating me. Not just for the gold you never gave me but my loss at my zampacto I originally topped up to get. What the hell!!! Now we can't contact support???

It's an email address. http://forums.gogames.me/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=44343&pid=294236&fromuid=3263955 same happened to me , i couldn't reach support at all... it's simple. if the rebate isn't active during the time span you top up it's your own fault! check the events before you top up, not hard. even starting on a brand new server and trying to get top VIP player, log in get to level 20/30 F2P and if you there aren't ANY events or the events you want to top up for than don't top up. this isn't a fault of gogames this is a fault of your own.
