Jugram Haschwalth is a Quincy and the Wandenreich's Sternritter Grandmaster. He is also the advisor to Emperor Yhwach and the substitute as the monarch when Yhwach sleeps, as well as the second-in-command of the Wandenreich. Yhwach refers to him as his "other half".
Balance
Increase Agility and Wisdom by a large portion and naturally has 25% Stamina.
Energy Blasts
Attack all enemies, growth rate is 90%, add a shield to all allies, growth rate is 50%. Meanwhile, decrease all enemies' fury by 40 and increase own speed by 30% for 2 rounds.
Exclusive - Energy Blasts
Attack all enemies, growth rate is 90%, increase own assaulters' attack by 60% for 1 round. Restore all allies' fury by 50 and avoid injury rate by 20% for 3 rounds.
Mods
Immune Chaos and Fury Deduction
When being attacked, cast fury restriction on all enemies for 1 round. (OLDMOD: Decrease all enemies' fury by 12 when being attacked)
Increase own Speed by 28% (Increase Yhwach's attack and damage rate by 35% when joining battle together)
Restore HP by 10% when being attacked
Restore HP by 20% when having less than 50% HP
When being attacked, restore ally's total HP by 20%
Increase Vanguard and Assaulter's defense by 50%

go like in un ;-) kill seed automatic kill next time enemy attacks (before attack) on "5 random enemy parteners" :lol random explosions? how does that even relate to Jugram? They should have given him some cool swordmanship move animation.
