Counter is something, what is called anticrit or critresist in other games.

do lv60-90 character need Orihime? because many of the enemies (pve and pvp) both can directly attack the assaulters, and since first and second healer can only heal the vanguard until he/she dies. I still use Nemu right now and I thought of saving some silvers for lv70 partners. or should I skip orihime and wait for the third healer? need help pls :'(

Ori is good to have till around 80 when you don't need her as much, and can just use Urahara to keep your teams fury up. You can also just keep using her till 90 and get another healer who heals your entire team.

To be honest, I dont like the partner mod update at all... Its like half a year or so away, and I already hate it^^
That update basically forces you to take either Urahara or Rukia into your formation and go for the using-skills-the-first-round. If you dont do that, you are more or less destined to loose...

Even if you are fast enough to let ALL you chars make their turn before your opponent does anything. All your chars use their normal attacks. opponents turn, Rukia/Urahara skill, then the assaulters unleash their skill, probably already taking out one of your supports (if using attack all skills) or using an sssaulter like Tousen who will greatly affect your assaulters combat power to basically do (more or less) no damage next round. Agility will only still be an important factor if both are using the obigatory first-turn-skill-Formation. Otherwise. its not too important if you go second.

Also with Urahara instead of Rukia the second Support is able to use the skill the first round too and stun supports, if there are any left at all or stun assaulter or just take their fury away.

You could also do things like go with Rukia and three assaulters who attack all enemies (e.g. main, Byakuya and Hakuteiken Byakuya), I dont think there will be any supporter able to survive that. Most assaulters would probably be dead too if they have to eat those three skills.

You could do a lot of nasty things...
All Players can achieve that. Level 1 fury Stone will be available in something called black market later, so everyone will be able to do that. It will take considerable more time for free Players, though.
But thats not the subject here.
I just dont like that the only way to beat this is to basically use a Formation that includes Rukia/Urahara too. If you dont, you will easily be deafeated in pvp.

EDIT:

But then again, we basically have the same situation now... just with stuns instead of fury. If your Opponent uses Yoruichi/Hinamori (and on top of that probably the skill the reduces healing effects) you are basically done for if you use a 1-3-1 with Orihime or 1-2-2 with Orihime and Rukia. Best Thing to do against that is take Yoruichi into your Team and make her fast enough to stun and/or take fury) first so your Support/assaulter wont get stunned of de-furied.
So yeah ist more or less the same as what the update will do, just different characters, different setup, same Situation as now... Kind of...
So maybe the update isnt that bad.
