Your information is wrong, both Yoruichi and Harribel have the chance to stun all supporters and assaulter respectively. Stone for Sajin, you may take a look on 19 tips guide, tip no. 18.

thx. with general use I suppose you mean everything beside pve events? like quest/instance/hollow king?
and at ishida you do say ikkaku is better at damage dealing so did you recommend ishida for a different reason?

Yup, instance, palace, trial and hollow soul those stuff. For the second question, you're refer to PVP right? Ishida is better than Ikkaku in pvp as Ishida has 8% combo rate, he has chance to let your assaulter to use skill at the first turn (which has a similar but less important function of full fury). Same theory, if you're able to max your Ikkaku's mod (which probably takes around 3~4 months), he will be better than Ishida as his last mod increase 12% combo rate.

oh yeah my bad. I read the description of ishida but didn't realize that in pve you use them both. wich ichigo do you mean with general use? the level 110 with mask?

It says stun rates are dependent on levels, is this actually true? If you are several levels ahead of someone they should not be able to stun them reliably combined with the control resist stats given by accessories?

Stun rates depend on your luck imo, didn't felt any increase in stun rate even the level range was very big...

I didn't really put any attention on my BP, there are many way to increase BP, reinforce, change better equips, get better zanp, upgrade accessories, upgrade hogu, upgrade hogyoku and many more
this game is so exciting ;P
