i'm pretty sure kaze should've been lvl 65 it might be 68 if you haven't gotten the quest yet

normaly main quest lv 50 > haineko
65 > kazeshini
75 > ashizogijizo
how not got lv50/65 yet ?

have u do the main task quest? you should have get kazeshini when lv 65 and 75 for ashisogi jizo...

You have to complete the main quest for level 65, no other way.

beat the story line to level 65, then you should have gotten Kazeshini's picture book, or something like that, use that item...  gogetsuburi sucks bad

if your curent quest is lvl 40 then you must do 41 and then 42 and so on allt the way up to 65
then your kaze picturebook should be there somwhere
