about koga , yachiru and noza

My team is based on my stacked Noza and hyorinmaru (my complete formation is : Shy Nemy, Resureccion, B.Renji, Nozarashi K ; I play with skill 9, speed order is : Shy Nemu, Main, B.Renji, R.Ulq, Noza)
So, I was thinking to buy either Koga Kuchiki or Delicate Yachiru and it would replace Ulquiorra
Yachiru gives : 15% def, 12% avoid dmg and 20% block to Noza (which gives him 156% max block rate I presume)
Koga has : he has a beautiful -100% hit rate , and 40% mutilate (2rounds) when he dies, so in hard fights, it could be really strong and help my Noza to clean the enemy team solo
Also, my assaulters are slow (in purpose, to benefit from Shy's Chaos, but not only), so I would not benefit from Koga and Yachiru's speed
So who guys do you think I should buy ?

ok so if I don't put the dodge on Noza but on shy nemu for instance (cuz right, he can't block when he dodges), what do you think about his mutilate on death ? It depends on how strong you will have Yachiru or Koga. If they are going to be squishy and die fast, then Koga is going to be better for his death skill(just make sure he is strong enough to survive zanpakuto attack). If they are going to stay alive, Yachiru's disarm is great plus her buffs to Noza when she is alive, but Koga will do more damage. well, if I took Koga, he wouldnt be naked, but this is only for pvp and actually I have a bad time with people with Ryujin jakka, and my whole team gets killed by a supp, only stays alive Noza...Usually Noza can clean the enemy team by himself , but because of the burn/mutilate he dies too... Also, because of RJ's defense buff, when my BRenji dies he doesn't kill the supports as he usually does.
Mayuri is another option you could get. He is like a second vanguard in the assaulter position. He adds block to team and his shield can clean the dots if he gets to use his skill. mayuri1177 replied at 2016-10-25 19:41 static/image/common/back.gif

with Hyorin I get +0 dmg on both sup&assaulters, and I don"t need speed on my assaulters (actually, I want them to be slow). Also, I get t1 and +20% dmg rate with Shy Nemu on my assaulters. And I still have good damages bcuz I get the atk buff from my main, the dmg buff from Shy, the crit damage buff from Berserk then Ulquiorra hits and it deals very good damages. So, playing with another sup with no speed, no t1 and no damages would be pointless
