I'd say yes. It will happen the moment price to maintain servers & buy cocaine exceeds their income. Brazil servers were almost 10x times cheper, but i think they were also way more active than US/EU.

people who are worried that US/EU servers are going to shut down just remember US current economy is nearly 4 times better than brazil France is about 3X spain 2.5X UK 3X and not to mention who else is in the EU if it was only brazil in it alone there is a really good reason for failure

lol, do you truly belive that EU/US servers are in our respective regions? all servers are most likely located in China, EU/US mean just time-zones and other stuff like currency, language and so on.. This is not a fps game where location affect your ping.

that's the location of EU login server. Since when Netherlands became China?
Like i put in the edit , the brazil side closing will not impact the US/EU side. I was having a conversation with the french platform and all is clear for us. There are no plans to close and the game will keep going.
well there me and several others spend every month on the game thats 6 of us on one server and one big top upper so they be to stupid to close us/eu server, and there over 110 servers now
